本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、みみログ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、耳鳴り・めまいの症状を記録し、トリガー要因を特定するための個人向けツールです。
重要: 本アプリは医療アドバイスを提供するものではありません。本アプリで提供される情報は、医師による診断、治療、または医療的助言に代わるものではありません。症状が続く場合や健康上の懸念がある場合は、必ず医師にご相談ください。
本アプリの情報に基づいて医療上の判断を行わないでください。
本アプリをご利用いただくにあたり、以下の条件に同意いただく必要があります：
本アプリでは、追加機能をご利用いただくためのサブスクリプションを提供しています。
サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
サブスクリプションはいつでもApp Storeの設定からキャンセルできます。キャンセル後も、現在の課金期間終了までサービスをご利用いただけます。
返金については、Appleの返金ポリシーに従います。
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、アイコンなど）の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる種類の保証もありません。開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて通知します。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することにより、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MimiLog (“the App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is a personal tool for recording tinnitus and dizziness symptoms and identifying trigger factors.
Important: The App does not provide medical advice. The information provided by the App is not intended to replace diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice from a physician. If symptoms persist or you have health concerns, please consult a physician.
Do not make medical decisions based on information from this App.
To use the App, you must agree to the following conditions:
The App offers subscriptions for access to additional features.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
The intellectual property rights of the App and its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, etc.) belong to the developer.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

These Terms may be modified as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
