本アプリで作成された症状記録（耳鳴り・めまいの強度、持続時間、トリガー情報など）は、お使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

Symptom records created in the App (tinnitus/dizziness intensity, duration, trigger information, etc.) are stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted to external servers.
