本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、のこりび（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、カップル向けのカウントダウン＆バケットリストアプリです。厚生労働省の簡易生命表データに基づき、残りの人生の日数を計算し、パートナーと共有のやりたいことリストを管理するための個人向けツールです。
本アプリをご利用いただくにあたり、以下の条件に同意いただく必要があります：
本アプリで表示される残り日数は、厚生労働省の簡易生命表（令和5年）に基づく統計的な推定値であり、個人の寿命を保証するものではありません。本アプリの情報に基づいて医療上の判断を行わないでください。
本アプリでは、追加機能をご利用いただくための以下のプランを提供しています。
サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
買い切りプランを購入すると、永久にPro機能をご利用いただけます。購入は同じApple IDでサインインしているすべてのデバイスで復元できます。
サブスクリプションはいつでもApp Storeの設定からキャンセルできます。キャンセル後も、現在の課金期間終了までサービスをご利用いただけます。
返金については、Appleの返金ポリシーに従います。
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、アイコンなど）の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる種類の保証もありません。開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて通知します。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することにより、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nokoribi (“the App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is a couple-focused countdown and bucket list app. It calculates the remaining days of your life based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) Abridged Life Tables data, and provides a personal tool for managing a shared bucket list with your partner.
To use the App, you must agree to the following conditions:
The remaining days displayed in the App are statistical estimates based on the MHLW Abridged Life Tables (2023) and do not guarantee any individual’s lifespan. Do not make medical decisions based on information from this App.
The App offers the following plans for access to additional features:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Once the Lifetime Plan is purchased, you have permanent access to Pro features. Purchases can be restored on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
The intellectual property rights of the App and its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, etc.) belong to the developer.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

These Terms may be modified as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
